Return and Refund policy

• Shakuntala Medicare Returns accepted only in case of genuine reasons. In case of damage in transit, returns are accepted only if it is mentioned in the courier POD. Please check the parcel before accepting the delivery. Inform us immediately of any discrepancy. Any other defects as such should be communicated immediately on receipt of the product. Complaints will not be entertained on a later date. Please mailus ( in case of any queries.

•       Product can be returned in (case of genuine reasons) within 7 days for a full money back guarantee, only shipping cost would not be refundable.

•       In the event your item is damaged or defective you must contact us within 24 hrs with photographs on our email We will issue an RMA number for you to return the item to us. You are responsible for all shipping charges for this process. Insuring your item protects you from all charges.

•       Note: We cannot offer a full refund in the following cases:

1) Missing Accessories

2) Damage incurred during return shipping, so you MUST pack returned items well

•       Product sold with dealer warranty (seller warranty): will be addressed by the seller and should be sent to the seller after confirming the address for reshipment within the specified warranty period.

•       Physical damages are not included in the warranty .

•       INCASE OF NON AVAILABILITY OF THE STOCK THEN ENTIRE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED or ask buyer for alternative. No Neutral/negative rating or dispute is required for a replacement. Just send us an email (

•     Shakuntala Medicare) allows us for shipping up to 3 working days from clear receipt of payments in our

account and delivery period of 7 to 12 days after dispatch. So you should be receiving your product between

10 and 15 days. If you do not receive the product in 15-20 days, you will get a full refund. Exact time line

would be emailed to you once the payment is clear. If there is any delay in delivery (due to unexpected

reasons) we will intimate, you through email or call. Normally we ship your item within 3 working days after

receiving order.
